One of
the most common questions we at NetTeam have heard from clients in recent years
has been:
"How
can I get some portion, if not all, of my IT costs into a fixed
monthly fee that I can actually budget for each year?"
In March of 2004, we modified
our service model to address this issue for our client base. Historically,
service companies in the IT industry invoice their customers on
either a "Fixed Fee Per Project" or "Estimated Time
& Materials" basis. NetTeam also operated in that mode
for many years, but in the first half of 2004, we implemented a
set of service offerings to help clients better control their IT
support costs.
NetTeam now has three
support options to fit the needs and requirements of existing and
prospective clients. We collectively call this offering our Managed
Services Program (MSP). There are three packages
available within MSP:
